Turkey stress? Not anymore

Holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas can bring stressful situations. Here are some useful tips to relieve stress during the holidays.

- Planning weeks ahead can help with the shopping trip and less time trying to remember what you need and don't need.
- Get family members to pitch in on the decorating, invites and cooking can save you time, which can be spent with family and friends.
- Having the kids stay somewhere else while preparing the food can also be a huge weight off your shoulders.
-When preparing food you can also prepare some things before the holiday such as stuffing, green bean casserole and yams can make you schedule less full.
-Cooking can take hours to prepare so getting up extra early and putting it in the oven means less waiting, this way you can go back to sleep.
-While waiting for the turkey being cooked you can put plates, silverware and decorations.
-Once the food is all prepared it is finally time to fully relax and enjoy the much prepared and delicious food with no stress!

With these three tips i think your Thanksgiving will be less stressful than past years.
